technical difficulties with dyed leopard print shoes

These shoes are still in very good condition even though they are older...except that the leopard print is rubbing off of the calf hairs!! Do I get rid of them because the leopard has lost its spots or do I try to find a place (spend money and time) and get it either fixed or re-dyed another color??
