Wished I could afford these boots (will never happen). These are Giuseppe Zanotti peep toe platform ankle booties, tulip shaped, zip closure at heel 100% leather made in Italy and retails for $650. If I could just find something very similar for under $200???

Commuted in these boots in case it rains. It's water proof AND oil proof! (has the Harley Davidson logo as the zipper pulls)

Late night snack

One of the best late night snacks for me (10pm): Dole Very Veggie salad with crumbled Presidente feta, Rothbury garlic cheese croutons and Kraft ranch dressing drizzled on top with freshly ground peppercorns. It seems fairly important to eat a snack with at least some carbs, fat, and fiber - helps with my pre-diabetes that I've acquired since the pregnancy. Sometimes my fasting glucose numbers are a little high. (I test almost every day before I eat breakfast).

It's a Macbook aluminum 13.3". Only one thing could make it any better...a card reader.

Blue scarf with asian style print

I decided to wear a scarf today. What do you think? I like the color but always wondered if it was too "Chinese-y" looking on me because I am. Does it go with what I am wearing? It does at least make my outfit less plain looking (and I love accessorizing anyway).

Dinner was chicken parm and spaghetti (made it myself - came out okay but room for improvement)

The shoes are Cole Haan peep toe Nike Air low wedges in patent leather. So comfortable and pretty (looks like red nail polish).

Cloudy day with off and on drizzle and sunlight here and there. Not really a day to enjoy the outside living space.

I rather like the new dinette set that my husband picked up from the Wal-Mart. I think it looks good there and is also useful (more than the wicker chairs that were there previously instead).

I love this necklace and wear it all the time. It's bold, pretty, and it's also does not pull my hair nor do any of my hairs wrap around it and get torn (love the toggle for this reason).

Juice Beauty Sensitive Green Apple Peel

I like this facial peel. It really does a good job of getting rid of dead skin and my skin is visually clearer of acne and glows more. I received this as a deluxe sample with a purchase at Sephora. I would buy this product. You only use it once a week and so this sample has lasted me quite awhile (6 weeks already and I still have half the product left).

Simply by Vera Wang shoes (love these!!) Got these 3 weeks ago and I am only now wearing them. Very comfortable for very tall shoes!!
