8/24/09 fasting glucose

My lowest fasting number ever. I don't understand how I got this. I ate doughnuts and ice cream last night, had a headache and gas and had to take a nasty dump that didn't come out until I passed enough gas and then heartburn too!! (common for me after eating doughnuts) I was so sick my husband put Jessica to bed so I could go to bed early because I felt disgusting. But wow, look at that number!!
